Returns Policy


To return a WPTS Print product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number once received, must be written in an obvious place on the outside of the return parcel. You must notify us via email within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

What can be returned: Many items we sell can not be returned due to the customisation of the product. Worn or used items cannot be returned. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned. Blank items that have not been decorated such as t-shirts, hoodies can be returned if not worn and in original package. Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

What cannot be returned: Once an order is approved via email or the online portal, all proofs are final from that point on and are not refundable. Production will start almost immediately once approved. No returns will be accepted after 24 hours of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be blank and in like-new condition to be eligible for return.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items:

  1. Contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. 
  2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
